About Love Clinic

What is Love Clinic?

In tennis, the word love means zero. Love Clinic was created for people starting from zero, zero tennis skills, zero tennis knowledge, or zero confidence, but who are interested in learning and experiencing the game in a welcoming way.

Love Clinic is more than a tennis event. It is a community-centered initiative designed to make the sport feel less intimidating and more accessible. Our goal is not to create perfect players in one session. Our goal is to create a meaningful first experience with tennis that feels fun, encouraging, and socially connected.

We want people to leave feeling like tennis is something they can actually do, enjoy, and come back to.

Our Mission

Love Clinic exists to reduce barriers to tennis by creating free, welcoming, beginner-friendly opportunities for people to learn, play, and connect.

We believe tennis should not feel exclusive, intimidating, or out of reach. It should feel joyful, inviting, and open to everyone. Through community-based clinics, beginner instruction, and intentional hospitality, Love Clinic introduces new players to the game in a way that centers belonging as much as skill-building.

To make tennis more accessible by offering free, low-pressure, community-centered experiences for beginners and tennis-curious people.

Why this matters

For many people, tennis can feel difficult to access. The barriers are not only financial. Often, the biggest barriers are uncertainty, intimidation, lack of equipment, lack of community, and not knowing where or how to begin.

Love Clinic was built to address those barriers directly.

We make the first step easier by offering:

  • a free event

  • a beginner-first environment

  • simple, supportive instruction

  • access to experienced players and coaches

  • a welcoming social atmosphere

  • a low-pressure introduction to the game

We believe that when people feel comfortable, seen, and encouraged, they are much more likely to give tennis a real chance.

Who it’s for
Love Clinic is for:

  • beginners

  • tennis-curious people

  • adults who have always wanted to try tennis

  • people who have never stepped on a tennis court before

  • those looking for a welcoming way to be active and meet new people

Tennis is for all

“Tennis for all” is more than a tagline. It is the heart of Love Clinic.

We believe tennis should be:

  • welcoming

  • inclusive

  • beginner-friendly

  • community-oriented

  • accessible to people from all backgrounds

Love Clinic is rooted in the idea that everyone deserves an opportunity to experience the beauty of the game, regardless of skill level, prior exposure, or background.

Tennis for all means creating spaces where people feel invited before they feel confident. It means making room for beginners. It means choosing encouragement over intimidation. It means making tennis feel human, joyful, and possible.

What’s provided
