Your Questions, Answered
-
Love Clinic is a beginner-friendly community tennis experience designed for people who are new to the game. It is a welcoming first step for beginners and tennis-curious people who want to try tennis in a low-pressure, supportive environment.
-
Not exactly. Traditional tennis clinics are often structured group training sessions led by a coach and focused on improving specific skills, techniques, or strategies through drills. They may also include live-ball drills, cardio workouts, or match play and are often designed around specific skill levels.
Love Clinic is different. While it includes guidance, movement, and beginner-friendly drills, its main purpose is not advanced training or performance improvement. Its purpose is to reduce barriers to tennis, build confidence, and help people experience the game in a way that feels accessible, social, and fun.

Love Clinic is for beginners and tennis-curious people. It is especially for people who have little or no tennis experience and want an easy, welcoming way to get started.

Absolutely. Tennis supports physical health through movement, fitness, coordination, and strength; mental well-being through stress relief, better sleep, and improved mood; and social connection by bringing people together through play, community, and shared experience. That is part of what makes tennis such a powerful sport for overall well-being

In tennis, “love” means zero. Love Clinic was created for people starting from zero — zero experience, zero knowledge, or zero confidence. The name also reflects the spirit of the event: welcome, encouragement, community, and joy.
